The kitchen is fully fitted with granite worktops, electric hob and oven, microwave and dishwasher. From the comfortably furnished lounge, double patio doors open out onto the first wooden decked terrace where there are sunbeds, chill out corner and outside dining. Children are safe as there is a gate down to the next level where you will find a jacuzzi to relax and cool off in the summer, or warm up in the winter! A few steps will bring you down to the third level where there is a built in barbecue and outside table and chairs.
There is a private parking space at the front of the house, however a car is not needed to reach the beach as it is only 15 minutes walk to Cabopino beaches. There is a variety of restaurants and bars in easy walking distance and also some supermarkets. The bus stop for the regular bus service between Fuengirola and Marbella is also just 5 minutes walk.
